Natural Perfumery
What is Natural Perfumery?
Perfume used to be made for healing. It was used by all civilizations worldwide, and the importance of its history and heritage is what I have learned conducting my extensive lifelong research as a perfume expert and anthropologist for the International Perfume Foundation. Today, Natural Perfumery reminds us of the important heritage of perfume and in turn allows us to remind the world of the practice of the French Art of Perfumery.
The International Perfume Foundation and the IPF Team are doing necessary work to protect this heritage and preserve the real purpose and meaning of perfume. Each time IPF certifies another Natural Perfumer who is creating perfume by only using plants and flowers, it allows hundreds customers to reconnect with nature while giving back bees and pollinators their habitat. If you wish to purchase perfume, avoid looking for brand names. Instead, look for Natural Perfumers and make sure they are certified by the International Perfume Foundation.
